RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
All guests staying at the hotel are subject to these regulations, which are considered a binding contract that must be adhered to. Failure to comply may result in the hotel management reserving the right of admission and stay.
Reservation Policies
To confirm your reservation:
- For stays longer than three days, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
For stays shorter than three days, a 100% deposit of the total amount is required. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
We recommend carefully reviewing your confirmation email. If you have any questions or need to make changes, please contact us at eco.home.view@gmail.com. - By confirming your reservation through credit card or bank transfer, you agree to the terms and conditions of our cancellation policies.
- Our rates are based on double occupancy.
- Children under 3 years old staying in their parents’ room and sharing the bed stay for free.
- For an additional child under 3 years old, half the standard rate will be charged.
- Children over 3 years old pay the same rate as an adult.
- For stays longer than three days, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
Cancellations and/or Modifications
If you need to cancel your reservation, please consider the following terms:
- 60 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.
- 30 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- 15 days before check-in: 30% refund.
- 7 days before check-in: No refund.
- Immediate cancellations: 30% refund is possible only if valid documentation is provided to justify the cancellation.
Important Notes:
- If you do not cancel your reservation in advance or do not show up on your booking date, the total amount of reserved nights will not be refunded, and the remaining nights will be canceled.
- If you decide to leave the hotel before your scheduled departure date, the remaining nights will not be refundable.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, etc.), no refunds will be issued, but you may reschedule your booking within the next 6 months from the original check-in date.
Pet Policy
At Eco Home View Cusco, we understand that pets are part of your family, which is why we welcome small pets and dogs with open arms!
Pet Fees & Deposit:
- A nightly pet fee of S/10.00 or S/20.00 per pet must be paid upon arrival at reception.
- A security deposit of S/100.00 (equivalent to 3 nights) will be required to cover potential damages. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out if the room is left in good condition.
Pet Guidelines:
- Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are always welcome.
- Pets must not exceed 10kg (22 lbs).
- Guests must ensure their pet is properly trained.
- Pets must be leashed at all times within the hotel premises, except inside the guest’s room.
- Pets should never be left alone in the room.
- Pets are not allowed in food and beverage areas, except for service dogs.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet within and around the hotel property.
- Any disturbances, such as excessive barking, must be minimized to ensure the comfort of other guests.
- The hotel is happy to provide recommendations for veterinarians, pet stores, pet-friendly attractions, daycares, and restaurants.
